Scott Saunders said yesterday. Erin Eagen, 34, of Andover, Mass., has not been charged in connection with the accident in which she lost control of her car and struck her mother. Saunders said it was too early in the investigation to say if charges would be coming. |

Richard Melcher, 47, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft of property used by the U.S. Postal Service. He was indicted last summer and arrested in Virginia in November after an investigation by inspectors from the U.S. Postal Service. |
