SANDWICH — Lois (Jaffe) Simmons of Sandwich, formerly of Leominster, daughter of Maurice and the late Lottie Jaffe, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2008, at her home, after a long battle with cancer.

HARWICH — Virginia A. (Miranda) Resende, 77, died Tuesday at her home in Harwich, following an illness.
